南湾坐禅会

A school of Buddhism focused on meditation. Founded in the 13th century by Eihei Dogen.

We meditate twice a week, once online and once in person. All are welcome.

Our group practices in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki and is affiliated with Sonoma Mountain Zen Center.
